How It Works

Purchase one of our gift cards for a specific treatment or a monetary amount. Choose from an email gift card or a luxurious postal gift card.

If you choose a digital gift card, we will send it to your email address with a unique coupon code. If you choose a physical gift card, we will send the gift card directly to the recipient with a personalised, handwritten note.
3.
The recipient will be able to make their at-home booking on our website, app, or through a member of our team using their unique code. It’s the perfect last-minute gift for anyone who loves to be pampered!
Easy to book
Your recipient can book in a few simple steps on Secret Spa’s easy-to-use mobile app or website. If they have any trouble, our team is on hand every day from 6am – 10pm to assist.
Trusted professionals
All of Secret Spa’s beauty and massage professionals are specialists in their fields, and come personally recommended after being tested by our team. They have taken Government-approved hygiene training and arrive in personal protective equipment.
Choice of treatments
The gift card can be redeemed on any treatments of their choice, whether they want to relax and de-stress or be pampered with some beauty treatments. We offer a full menu of salon and spa services with a range of manicures, pedicures, facials, massage and more.
FAQs
How do I redeem my gift card?
You will be emailed a digital gift card with a code that you can use to add credit to your Secret Spa account. This credit will automatically be applied when making a booking on the Secret Spa app or website. Alternatively, you can also book through one of our Secret Spa team from 6am – 10pm on 020 7096 0506.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all areas in London, Manchester & Brighton and we do our best to accommodate requests in the home counties. Please ensure the recipient of your gift card is in the served area. If in doubt, just get in touch with our Secret Spa team!
Do we need to provide any equipment?
We will provide all the equipment that is needed for the treatments, but we do ask that you provide anything needed for the set up e.g. tables and chairs.
Some treatments may need access to a plug socket and running water. Our team will let you know if this is the case.
Massage tables are provided by us free of charge, but massage chairs will incur a small fee as these will need to be specially sourced.
